Medical Representative (Athens)
Key Accountabilities:
- Health Care Professionals Engagement & Scientific Communication
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with HCPs as a scientific partner, delivering high-quality, evidence-based detailing on oral care and supplement solutions while tailoring communication to each specialty for maximum relevance and impact.
- Territory Ownership, Planning & Multichannel Execution
Manage and grow your HCP universe by segmenting and prioritizing opportunities, executing impactful multichannel territory plans (in-person, digital, and scientific events), ensuring consistent brand presence, and leveraging field insights to shape strategy.
- Performance & Impact
Track performance and optimize activities, continuously improving engagement effectiveness while contributing to a scalable, high-performing HCP model.
- Aligned, impactful execution
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to ensure aligned, impactful execution, while contributing to the development of materials, messaging, and engagement strategies based on field insights.
Candidate Profile:
• 3–5 years’ experience in HCP detailing (pharma, supplements, or medical devices)
• Life Sciences or paramedical Academic background
• Strong experience with pediatricians, dentists, or nutritionists (deep expertise in at least one is essential)
• Proven ability to influence and build long-term relationships
• Experience in scientific events and congresses
• Strong planning, ownership, and prioritization skills
• Comfortable with CRM systems & MS Office
• Willingness to travel
• Have a drive license
