Merchandiser

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and executing merchandising strategies to maximize sales and enhance product visibility across retail channels within the area of responsibility. ( Attiki & islands) 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising plans aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate with retailers to create and optimize additional points of sale.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to ensure optimal product assortment and inventory levels.
• Maintain attractive and effective product displays in line with brand guidelines.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to support promotional activities and campaigns.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, merchandising, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to travel (30%)
