Πωλήσεις / Διαχείριση ΠελατώνResponsibilities:
- Actively hunt for new business opportunities and prospect potential clients within the assigned territory.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and distributors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct technical assessments of customer packaging lines to recommend innovative equipment and material solutions (e.g., cushioning, surface protection).
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve or exceed annual sales targets and margin goals.
- Partner with internal Technical Services, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to provide seamless support and resolve customer challenges.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive edge in the local market.
Requirements:
- At least 5-8 years of experience in sales.
- Experience in technical sales (e.g., industrial sales or building materials etc).
- Graduate of a Technical University or College (considered a plus).
- Capabilities in fixing and troubleshooting electromechanical problems.
- Language Skills: Fluent English speaking.
