Πωλήσεις / Διαχείριση ΠελατώνThe Junior Key Account Manager supports the management and development of key customers within the Organized Trade (OT) channel. The role focuses on executing commercial plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and building strong day-to-day customer relationships. The Junior KAM contributes to sales performance through effective promotion planning, in-store execution, and data-driven analysis, while progressively developing the capabilities required to manage accounts more independently.
- Support the management and development of key customers within the Organized Trade channel
- Assist in the execution of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to drive sales growth and profitability
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply, Finance) to ensure seamless execution
- Contribute to promotion planning, ensuring alignment with customer strategy and company objectives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying risks and opportunities
- Support the preparation of customer presentations, business reviews, and negotiation materials
- Ensure excellence in in-store execution (availability, visibility, secondary placements)
- Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with customer stakeholders
- Track promotional effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data insights
- Support distribution expansion and implementation of new product launches (NPDs)
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of KPIs and commercial activities
- Contribute to identifying growth opportunities within assigned accounts
- Gradually take on increased responsibility in managing customer accounts independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- 1-3 years' experience in Sales / FMCG / Trade Marketing
- Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into insights
- Good understanding of commercial fundamentals (sales, margins, promotions)
- Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
- High ownership, organization, and attention to detail
- Fluent in English
