Senior Sea Freight Sales Executive


The successful candidate will play a key role in building and scaling the company’s Sea Freight business, enjoying a high level of autonomy and direct impact on commercial results.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow Sea Freight sales, with a focus on Cyprus & Middle East (FCL / LCL)
  • Build, manage, and expand long-term client relationships in Greece and internationally
  • Leverage and further develop an existing professional network within the freight forwarding market
  • Collaborate closely with operations teams to deliver integrated transport solutions
  • Actively contribute to the strategic growth of the Sea Freight business unit

 

Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record for a least 3 years in Sea Freight sales preferably in the area of Middle East, Turkey and Cyprus within a freight forwarding company
  • Established market presence with access to key decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of international logistics and transportation markets
  • Ability to develop and grow a sustainable client portfolio through long-term partnerships
  • Excellent command of English
  • Strong commercial mindset, negotiation skills, and results-driven approach
