Being an #InAlumiler in Sales, Customer Consultants-Back Office

Your 12-month journey will start on June 2026 and will include an extensive and thrilling training program that will help you land to the team of Customer Consultants, a dynamic back-office team who are responsible for supporting technically our clients. In specific, you will have the chance to conduct static studies regarding the appropriate profile selection during the project’s designing phase, while also dealing with specialized designs. You will enhance your communication skills as you will be next to our clients, project based and offer an effective customer experience carrying-out project analysis including complete technical support and value engineering to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. The stakeholders you’re coming in touch with could be architects, private individuals, fabricators, or the group’s subsidiaries bridging the gap between the products and the partners. Your role is located in our offices in Thessaloniki, Greece.

You are bringing with you… 

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, as an Architect/Civil/Mechanical Engineer or any relevant background 

• A strongly willing to enhance customer experience by supporting them technically 

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 

• AutoCAD knowledge will be a plus 

• Good knowledge of English 

• Meraki, learning-lover, team player, communication skills
