About the Role
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be a key driver in expanding our market leadership. Unlike a traditional sales role, this position requires a deep "insider" understanding of hotel operations. You won't just sell software; you will consult with hoteliers and management companies to optimize their entire digital distribution and revenue strategy using the webhotelier | primalres ecosystem.
You will manage complex sales cycles for high-value accounts, leveraging your expertise in revenue management and our back-office systems to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the sales process for large hotel groups and independent boutique properties, acting as a strategic advisor rather than just a vendor.

Design and propose complex setups involving the webhotelier booking engine, primalres channel manager, and hotelizer PMS.

Use your knowledge of RMS (Revenue Management Systems) to demonstrate how our tools integrate with and empower a hotel’s pricing and yield strategies.

Stay ahead of industry trends, providing feedback to our Product Team to ensure our ecosystem remains the #1 choice for revenue-driven hoteliers.

Provide guidance and industry insights to the junior Sales Specialists within the team.
Requirements

At least 5 years of proven experience in a hotel or hotel management company, specifically in an Online Sales, E-commerce, or Revenue Management role.

Expert-level knowledge of the webhotelier back office. You should know the "ins and outs" of the booking engine and how to pull/analyze data to drive results.

Strong familiarity with Revenue Management Systems. You understand how automated pricing impacts distribution.

Deep understanding of the global OTA landscape, GDS, and metasearch connectivity.

Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills in both Greek and English.

Natural comfort with CRM tools (like FreshSales & Salesforce) and a passion for travel technology.
