Hellenic Duty Free Shops, on behalf of Elizabeth Arden, is seeking a Sales Associate with a passion for beauty, a dynamic personality, and a strong focus on outstanding customer service, to join its team in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Elizabeth Arden products in a dynamic retail environment, serving both Greek and international customers
• Deliver a high level of customer service in line with the brand’s sales techniques and service standards
• Participate in the implementation of promotional activities and in-store events
• Monitor product performance and communicate relevant insights to the Sales Manager
• Ensure the proper operation of the counter, including cleanliness, excellent presentation, and tester availability
• Monitor product stock levels, ensure sufficient inventory, and report potential shortages in a timely manner
• Follow Visual Merchandising guidelines and brand presentation standards
• Accurately and promptly complete all required administrative processes and reports

Requirements:

• Degree in Aesthetics or relevant certification
• Previous experience in the cosmetics/beauty industry (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for beauty and skincare
• Customer-centric mindset with a results-oriented approach
• Very good command of English
• Team spirit and professionalism
