MSPS is looking for a a Back Office Sales & Marketing Specialist to join the front-line team of our client, PHILIPS Personal Health Greece & Cyprus , collaborating with cross-functional teams and contribute to multiple projects that drive business success.
This role combines tender and quotation management, sales back office support, and coordination of marketing activities, contributing to the efficient operation and growth of the commercial team.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit quotations for public and private tenders
- Review tender requirements, documentation, and submission deadlines
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Maintain accurate CRM data and commercial records
- Monitor marketing budget tracking and reporting
- Support marketing initiatives, events, and promotional materials
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Regulatory Affairs
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience in tender preparation or sales back office support
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP systems, or tender portals
- Reliability, structure, and accountability
- Team-oriented personality with strong communication skills
