EXPORT ACCOUNT MANAGER

Company Overview
LEONICE SA is a leading European company specializing in the manufacturing of colorants and the development of turnkey Point of Sales tinting systems for the paint industry. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Export Account Manager to join our International Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners, driving sustainable sales growth across foreign markets.
• Collaborate closely with local representatives and distributors within assigned territories to ensure effective market coverage.
• Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the company’s international customer base.
• Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
• Plan and conduct regular international travel to meet with clients, representatives, and key stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of international business operations and cross-border trade.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations, logistics, and export procedures.
• High level of adaptability, cultural awareness, and attention to detail.
• Proven experience in sales, account management, and export operations.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in sales or account management.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of additional languages such as French, German, Russian, or Arabic will be considered an advantage.
