The Role:

We are seeking a high-energy, strategically minded Business Development Manager to lead our expansion into the Greek online market. You will be the face of Pateplay in Greece, responsible for securing new B2B partnerships with licensed operators and ensuring our suite of games is the first choice for the local audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion & Sales Strategy

  • Identify & Acquire: Proactively identify, sign and develop relationships with new online operators in the Greek market.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and pitch to contract negotiation, integration process and lifecycle management.
  • Portfolio Growth: Strategically place Pateplay’s slot and live casino products to ensure maximum visibility on operator platforms.


Relationship Management

  • Strategic Partnerships: Act as the primary point of contact for our key partners in the Greek market, building long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Client Success: Work closely with operator’s teams to optimize game performance and launch promotional campaigns (Free Spins, Jackpots, etc.) and other types of promotional tools that Pateplay is developing.


Compliance & Market Intelligence

  • Regulatory Liaison: Ensure all business activities align with Hellenic Gaming Commission (HGC) standards, including the 2026 updates regarding illegal gambling.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends in Greece, providing the Business Development and Product teams with insights on local player preferences and competitor movements.


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Business Development or Casino Management role within the iGaming industry.
  • Network: A strong, existing network of contacts among Greek licensed operators.
  • Market Knowledge:  Understanding of the Greek regulatory landscape (Type A/B licenses) and local technical requirements (e.g., RNG certifications, €2 stake limits).
  • Communication: Native or fluent in Greek and highly proficient in English.
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and lifecycle management skills.
