What You Will Do

• Communicate with customers, users, or business partners via phone, chat, and email

• Identify customer needs and propose suitable products, services, or solutions
• Support business development and commercial growth initiatives
• Review, analyze, or label content and data for AI, GenAI, Trust & Safety, or compliance purposes
• Contribute to financial crime prevention, cybersecurity awareness, or risk mitigation

What You Bring

• Fluency in Ukrainian language
• Very good command of English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer‑oriented or commercially driven mindset
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Computer literacy and general tech savviness
• Team spirit and willingness to learn and grow
