Key Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Scheduling and coordinating client meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting key discussion points and action items.
• Managing client-related documentation (proposals, briefs, reports, contracts, deliverables, and project frameworks).
• Preparing presentations, reports, and materials for client meetings and internal updates.
• Acting as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Coordinating with external partners or suppliers when needed to gather information, proposals, or quotations for client projects.
• Ensuring that all relevant information and updates are shared with the appropriate stakeholders on time.
• Monitoring project-related expenses and assisting with budget tracking in collaboration with internal teams.
• Supporting the development of proposals and solutions tailored to client needs.
• Conducting basic market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for client growth.
• Supporting marketing and communication initiatives such as campaigns, content, or client updates when relevant to accounts.
• Coordinating with the technical team to ensure proper understanding of client requirements and project specifications.
• Supporting the company’s participation in industry events and conferences while identifying networking and partnership opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to tasks.
