Being an #InAlumiler in Sales 

You will begin your 12-month journey on March 2026 that will include an extensive and thrilling training program that will help you land to the team of Engineering Consulting South Greece and the role of Sales Engineer Trainee. In specific, you will have the chance to learn all the sales secrets and being able to promote our systems to aluminium fabricators, suppliers, construction companies and architectures. You will be trained to close a sales cycle- approach a client, promote our products, communicate effectively with our clients the commercial and credit policy, learn about the market to make your plan, provide technical support to our clients and make constructive follow-ups with our clients using the CRM reporting. In the end of your journey your professional skills will be enhanced through a rigorous training schedule. You are located in our offices in Athens.

You are bringing with you… 

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or any relevant background 

• A strongly willing to be part of a sales team and be a “hunter” 

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 

• AutoCAD knowledge will be a plus 

• Good knowledge of English 

• Meraki, learning-lover, team player, communication skills
