STALEKS is the largest Ukrainian manufacturer of high-quality manicure and pedicure tools. Founded 30 years ago, the company is a market leader in Ukraine and successfully exports its products to 90 countries worldwide.
We are currently looking for a Sales Manager who will develop the company’s representation in Greece and Cyprus.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience in active sales.
• Resides in Greece.
• Speaks Greek and Ukrainian (Russian is also acceptable).
Key Responsibilities:
• Searching for and attracting training centers in manicure, pedicure, and lash & brow fields.
• Maintaining and developing communication with the existing client base.
• Achieving sales targets and onboarding new schools according to the plan.
• Identifying key opinion leaders and promoting the Staleks brand in the region.
• Searching for and participating in профиль events (exhibitions, championships, congresses).
• Reporting in Google Sheets.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in active sales.
• Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian.
• Greek language proficiency at B2 level.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Understanding of social media algorithms (Instagram, Facebook).
• Experience with CRM systems will be a plus.
• Willingness to travel (minimum 5 days per month).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication skills and result-oriented mindset.
