Responsibilities:

  • Implements actions to promote products and services to the customers in their portfolio and supports all stages of the commercial process (pre‑sale, sale, after‑sale), contributing to the development of collaboration and the achievement of targets
  • Participates in the design and implementation of commercial activities, in the preparation of offers and in contract management, supporting the commercial strategy and ensuring proper customer communication
  • Develops and maintains relationships of trust with customers, understanding in depth their energy and operational needs, suggests improvements and solutions that enhance customer efficiency and long-term cooperation
  • Supports the implementation of pricing policy and participates in the management of financial matters, special pricing schemes and agreements, in collaboration with the responsible units of the Company
  • Monitors competition and market commercial practices, analyzes trends and competitor actions, identifies potential risks or opportunities and proposes improvements that enhance the Company’s differentiation and competitiveness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a University or College or Technological Educational Institute or Institute of Vocational Training
  • Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field will be considered an additional qualification
  • At least two (2) years of relevant experience in roles such as Account Manager or Sales, involving customer portfolio management, partner support, implementation of commercial actions, development of customer relationships and contribution to achieving sales targets in organizations with a wide network of points or diversified products
  • Experience in Sales of Products/Services in sectors such as Retail, Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, Energy, or Technology Products will be considered an additional qualification
  • Knowledge of Power BI and/or CRM (Salesforce) will be considered an additional qualification
  • Very good knowledge of the English language
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
  • Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
  • Availability for urgent geographical relocations
