Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and implements actions for promoting products and services to clients in their portfolio, managing all stages of the commercial process (pre‑sale, sale, after‑sale) with the aim of maximizing the value of the collaboration
  • Participates actively in the design, development and execution of the commercial action plan, involving customer outreach, strengthening partnerships and drafting/managing offers and contracts, contributing to an optimal commercial strategy
  • Develops and maintains trusted relationships with customers, gaining a deep understanding of their energy and operational needs and proposes integrated solutions and optimizations that maximize operational efficiency, value creation and the sustainability of the collaboration
  • Develops and maintains strong professional relationships with clients, collaborating with internal organizational units (such as the Legal Department and Collections Department) to ensure proper implementation of credit policy and the smooth operation of the collaboration
  • Monitors competition and market commercial practices, analyzes trends and competitor actions, identifies potential risks or opportunities and proposes improvements that enhance the company’s differentiation and competitiveness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a University or College or Technological Educational Institute or Institute of Vocational Training
  • Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field will be considered an additional qualification
  • At least five (5) years of relevant experience in roles such as Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Sales, involving management and development of strategic customer portfolios, achievement of commercial targets, coordination of complex commercial activities, commercial decision‑making and execution of development plans, within organizations with a wide network of locations or diversified products
  • Experience in Sales of Products/Services in sectors such as Retail, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Telecommunications, Energy, and Technology Products will be considered an additional qualification
  • Knowledge of Power BI and/or CRM (Salesforce) will be considered an additional qualification
  • Very good knowledge of the English language
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
  • Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
  • Availability for urgent geographical relocations
