As we continue to expand our operations in Greece, we are seeking a talented and dedicated professional to join us as:
Area Sales Manager
Peloponnesus / West Greece (based in Patra – field-based position)
Your Role
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening Ferro’s presence in the assigned region. You will cooperate with local customers, identify new business opportunities, and provide exceptional support to our partners.
By aligning your actions with Ferro Group’s international strategy, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities

Cooperate with local customers in the assigned markets and expand our customer base.

Analyze and assess local market conditions to identify current and potential sales opportunities.

Develop long-term customer relationships by providing comprehensive support, including:

product presentations,

training sessions,

logistics coordination,

technical assistance.

Address customer satisfaction issues promptly and effectively.

Monitor competitors, analyze market movements, and prepare regular reports on market penetration and strategy.

Uphold high ethical standards and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and Ferro Group regulations.

Engage in networking activities to strengthen the company’s presence and reputation in the region.
Our Expectations

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar B2B sales position.

Experience in the sanitary, plumbing, or heating industry is highly desirable.

Willingness to work autonomously within the designated region, including business travel.

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders at various levels.
