About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Operations & Sales Manager to launch and grow our vending network in Greece. You will be in charge of finding high-traffic locations, negotiating contracts, managing day-to-day operations, and hitting revenue targets. Your work will set the standard for our expansion into other European markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure consistent service delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify potential locations
- Develop B2B partnerships with retail networks (supermarkets, fuel stations) and close commercial agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance for management
- Coordinate with the Group Marketing Department to develop and maintain a strong brand presence and local marketing initiatives.
- Monitor sales/ops KPIs and provide regular reporting and improvement recommendations.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or operations management.
- Proven experience in the Greek retail sector; existing relationships with retail networks or fuel stations are a significant advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree (AEI/TEI), preferably in Business Administration. Master’s degree in related field highly appreciated.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
- Strong digital literacy and proficiency with new technologies
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel as required (valid driver’s license)
