About the Company

Iceboxx is launching a nationwide network of vending machines, initially focusing on establishing a strong presence in Greece, with plans for expansion across Europe. We are backed by a privately held investment group with a diversified portfolio spanning the retail, technology, real estate, and energy sectors.

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Operations & Sales Manager to launch and grow our vending network in Greece. You will be in charge of finding high-traffic locations, negotiating contracts, managing day-to-day operations, and hitting revenue targets. Your work will set the standard for our expansion into other European markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential locations
  • Develop B2B partnerships with retail networks (supermarkets, fuel stations) and close commercial agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance for management
  • Coordinate with the Group Marketing Department to develop and maintain a strong brand presence and local marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor sales/ops KPIs and provide regular reporting and improvement recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or operations management.
  • Proven experience in the Greek retail sector; existing relationships with retail networks or fuel stations are a significant advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree (AEI/TEI), preferably in Business Administration. Master’s degree in related field highly appreciated.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
  • Strong digital literacy and proficiency with new technologies
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel as required (valid driver’s license)
