Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all sales-related documents, including sales orders, delivery notes, and billing documents.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all SAP SD–related inquiries and issues.
• Support users throughout the full sales & distribution cycle (order-to-cash).
• Conduct training sessions for end users on SAP SD functionalities and processes.
• Execute and validate tests for new functionalities, system changes, or upgrades (e.g., UAT).
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with IT or external consultants to implement them.
• Maintain and update SD-related master data (customers, pricing, etc.).
• Document processes and develop user guides or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with key users from other modules (MM, FI, PP, etc.) to ensure smooth cross-functional integration.
• Support incident resolution and participate in change management activities.
• Participate in internal or external audits as required.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven experience with the SAP SD module (as a Key User or advanced End User).
• Solid understanding of sales and logistics processes (order processing, delivery, invoicing).
• Experience in user training and process documentation.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with integration points to MM, FI, PP, and VC modules.
• Project management experience, especially in ERP-related initiatives.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong customer-service mindset, decision-making ability, and planning skills.
