What You’ll be Doing

Your role as a Norwegian-speaking Sales Development Representative will involve generating new business, contacting existing customers, and using a consultative approach to provide tailored solutions that meet the clients’ unique needs, while executing sales strategies to achieve the targets through both outbound and inbound sales calls.

During a Typical Day, You’ll:

  • Grow your book of business by developing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing customer relationships and ensuring retention.
  • Getting through to the decision maker by utilizing Influencers and Users to help close the business.
  • Engage customers in a consultative manner to develop value propositions that cater to their needs, with the goal of increasing volume for existing clients and acquiring volume for new customers.
  • To respond to incoming calls/emails and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer experience.
  • Identify the customer’s shipping profile to secure their business or alternatively, refer the lead to the appropriate channel.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Proven track record of sales success, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A well-rounded approach that includes relationship building, sales process and appointment setting.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to business growth.
  • Proficiency in Norwegian, paired with conversational English.

You'll report to Sales Director. You’ll contribute to the success of the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team.
