As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a commercially driven Internal Sales Executive to strengthen our Sales team.
The Role
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a key role in supporting revenue growth and customer engagement. This is a hands-on commercial position with a strong focus on sales follow-up, quotations, customer communication, and order execution, working closely with external sales and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Commercial Activities
- Actively seek new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize sales.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals, ensuring timely closure.
- Identify and promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities within customer accounts.
- Monitor market trends and customer needs to support business growth.
Internal Coordination & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and commercial activities in ERP/CRM systems.
- Review and supervise order processing and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Engineering to resolve commercial or operational issues.
- Provide insights and feedback to management for sales strategies and process improvements.
- Support continuous improvement of sales review and order monitoring workflows.
What We’re Looking For
- BSc/MSc in Business Administration, Maritime Studies, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in internal sales, commercial, or customer-facing roles (preferably in maritime, engineering, or industrial sectors).
- Experience with quotations, customer communication, and sales support activities.
- Strong commercial mindset and customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-driven attitude.
