Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Advertising Manager to join Alter Ego Media’s Publishing Commercial Department and drive advertising revenue primarily across our print media portfolio, while also managing a share of our digital advertising activity. This role is ideal for a sales professional who understands the media ecosystem, builds strong client relationships, and can translate business needs into effective cross-media advertising solutions. The Advertising Manager will oversee a client portfolio, develop tailored proposals, collaborate with internal teams, and consistently meet commercial targets in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Advertising Manager, you will:

• Build, manage and grow a portfolio of clients across print and digital media, nurturing long-term relationships and ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Develop tailored advertising proposals and integrated sales strategies.
  Present proposals and sales plans to clients.
• Coordinate internally with editorial, digital, creative and production teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns across multiple media.
• Monitor market and industry trends, analyze competitor activity, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Meet and exceed defined sales targets and KPIs, driving growth and revenue across media formats.

Requirements:

• University degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent).
• Solid experience in sales or account management within media, publishing or advertising.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills in Greek and English.
• Strong abilities with MS Excel and PowerPoint. Must be comfortable preparing proposals, budgets and sales forecasts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, with rigorous organisational skills, attention to detail, and a goal-oriented mindset.
