About The Job

• Identify and approach potential B2B partners in the tourism and hospitality sector
• Present and promote Athenian Tours’ products to business customers who wish to resell our tours
• Onboard new partners and support them with pricing, booking flows, and sales tools
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
• Coordinate internally with Operations and Management to ensure smooth partner execution
• Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Represent Athenian Tours in meetings, events, and networking opportunities when required

About You 

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). Greek is a strong plus; other languages are an advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in B2B conversations
• Experience in sales, account management, or partnerships—ideally in tourism, travel, or hospitality
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
• Comfortable using digital tools and CRM-style workflows
• Able to adapt quickly in a fast-growing company environment
• Collaborative team player who enjoys working across departments
