Optimal, on behalf of a client of ours—a global leader in insights-on-demand—is seeking driven Business Consulting Associates to join a rapidly expanding team. This role is well-suited for ambitious, intellectually curious professionals who enjoy problem-solving, client interaction, and exposure to diverse industries and markets.

As a Business Consulting Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making for leading organizations. You will work at the frontline of client engagements—understanding business needs, identifying the right experts, and facilitating high-impact insight exchanges that inform critical business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Assess and identify the most suitable industry experts based on client objectives and project requirements
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and market specialists
• Conduct targeted research across industries, functions, and geographies
• Engage and recruit experts through structured outreach and relationship-building
• Develop core consulting capabilities, including stakeholder management, negotiation, time management, and professional communication

What We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years of professional experience
• Undergraduate degree in any discipline
• Fluency in English
