We’re offering this opportunity for the right candidate, a talented and experienced person, to grow with us.

Export Account Managers develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients, drive sales growth in foreign markets, and work closely with representatives in the countries within their duty.

 

Responsibilities & Duties: 

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in international markets
  • Aggressively maintain and build assigned customer accounts. Provide sales support to existing accounts, solicit new customers, and identify new export opportunities through market research.
  • Travel planning to meet clients and representatives abroad
  • Conduct sales presentation of our products to drive revenue growth. Build strong long-term relationships that will serve as the foundation for long-term business growth.
  • Manage customer orders, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Solve billing problems and coordinate with accounting to ensure prompt collection of account receivables. Ultimately responsible for the collection of all funds in a timely manner.
  • Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, and customer and representative feedback to provide strategic insights and recommendations. 
  • Handle customer complaints and manage quality issues
  • Provide backup, as needed, to other account managers in their absence.

Essential Skills and Qualifications 

  • Strong understanding of international business operations and cross-border transactions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of international trade laws, regulations, and logistics.
  • Analytical skills to interpret market data, identify potential issues, and develop effective solutions.
  • Adaptability, cultural sensitivity, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in sales, account management, and export operations.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel very often.

Education: 

  • Bachelors Degree preferred.

Qualifications: 

  • 3-5 years of successful, produce sales experience. 
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of M.S. Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, and act independently and make competent decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Travel to meet clients and representatives on a weekly basis (20-30 trips annually).
  • Fluency in English ( both written and verbal)
