Junior Product Manager, Endoscopy Surgery & Visualization
The Junior Product Manager’s role is a blend of technical expertise and commercial strategy, designed for a motivated professional eager to impact patient care through cutting-edge medical technology. As a key bridge between our products and our customers, you will support the full product lifecycle—from managing high-stakes launches and tender submissions to providing hands-on support within the Operating Room.
Key responsibilities:
- Assists in the planning and execution of product launches, including timelines and related materials.
- Supports the creation of product specifications, presentations, sales tools, and promotional materials.
- Supports the design and development of training materials for internal sales teams and external partners.
- Assists in organizing and delivering product training sessions (logistics, materials, attendance, follow-up). Coordinates with internal experts and external trainers to ensure effective training execution.
- Supports the preparation and submission of tenders, focusing on product documentation, compliance, and technical sections.
- Assists in responding to product-related questions during tender and quotation processes
- Active presence and support in Operation Room during demonstration cases and launch process
- Maintains profound knowledge of the market, company’s products, competitive products, competitive landscape and activities in the assigned territory
- Leads company’s market intelligence for specific product field; collects information about customers and competitors and reports the information regularly to BU Manager and sales team
- Organizes and participates in local seminars and congresses
- Creates brand awareness & promotion of product portfolio to current & new customers
- Works closely with Sales & Technical teams and customers to obtain feedback and initiate improvement initiatives
- Ensures sales and expenses budget implementation
Qualifications / Required skills:
- Technical school diploma in Medical Machinery, Biomedical Equipment, Medical Technology, or a related Life Sciences field
- Entry-level to 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, product support, or sales support role
- Experience in medical devices and capital equipment (preferably endoscopy surgical equipment) is highly desirable
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Computer literate: Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Very good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, analytical mindset with attention to detail, reliability
- Results-driven professional with a strong commercial mindset, a collaborative team spirit, and a commitment to achieving business objectives
- Valid driver’s license. Ability to travel
