Job Responsibilities

  • Sell the company’s infusion products in the assigned Area of Responsibility (AoR) by making regular visits to hospitals, home care companies, individuals and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute annual sales plans, strategies and tactics in the assigned AoR, to expand the customer base and further promote new products/features.
  • Work on Hospital Tenders, Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and National Health System requirements in relation to the company’s products.
  • Foster and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers, hospitals, and other stakeholders.
  • Optimise relationships with existing customers, by anticipating and being responsive to their needs and questions pertaining to our products, e.g. clinical, quality assurance, business, etc.
  • Keep records of sales activity using the company’s CRM or equivalent system, prepare and submit reports and other related analysis to the Country Sales Manager, Commercial Director, and Management, e.g. regular activity reports, forecasts, business plans, etc.
  • Collaborate with teams at HQ such as Customer Support, Marketing, Operations, Finance, R&D, and Technical Support to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Organise and attend exhibitions, congresses, and other events in which the company chooses to participate.
  • Provide product training to users.
  • Liaise with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) as needed.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Nursing, Engineering or related is required.
  • At least 3 years of proven sales experience in healthcare.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Medical Device, Hospital and Home Care markets. Experience with Hospital tenders, EOPYY and knowledge of Infusion Systems market is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with the specialties of Anesthesiology, Surgery, Gastroenterology, Oncology, Neurology is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Excellent customer support and problem-solving skills.
  • A positive, ‘can do’ attitude, with ability to take ownership of an issue until it is fully resolved.
  • Travelling in the assigned AoR with overnight stay is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
