At FDL Group, one of the leading 3PL providers in Greece with a long-standing presence in integrated logistics services and a strong operational footprint in road freight, we are expanding our Sea Freight services, with a strategic focus on Cyprus and the Middle East.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive the commercial growth of this business segment.

The Role The successful candidate will play a key role in building and scaling the company’s Sea Freight business, enjoying a high level of autonomy and direct impact on commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and grow Sea Freight sales, with a focus on Cyprus & Middle East (FCL / LCL)

· Build, manage, and expand long-term client relationships in Greece and internationally

· Leverage and further develop an existing professional network within the freight forwarding market

· Collaborate closely with operations teams to deliver integrated transport solutions

· Actively contribute to the strategic growth of the Sea Freight business unit

Candidate Profile

· Proven track record for a least 3 years in Sea Freight sales preferably in the area of Middle East , Turkey and Cyprus within a freight forwarding company

· Established market presence with access to key decision-makers

· Strong understanding of international logistics and transportation markets

· Ability to develop and grow a sustainable client portfolio through long-term partnerships

· Excellent command of English

· Strong commercial mindset, negotiation skills, and results-driven approach
