Starting in our entry-level Sales representative position you will be trained to influence the Sales Fundamentals (distribution, shelving, display) where it matters the most, in the stores of our customers.

Main responsibilities

• Store visits of assigned area based on daily schedule
• Ensure perfect execution of centrally agreed actions supporting sales growth
• Develop, present and close deals with store representatives aiming to enhance in-store visibility (shelf, display) of SEPTONA products
• Execute merchandising tasks including order taking, shelf and display replenishment based on defined category standards
• Audit sales fundamentals with the help of our advanced mobile Sales solution
• Monitor competitive activities and internal communication of these

Candidate profile

• University degree (AEI/TEI) is a must
• Sales experience in FMCG sector will be considered a plus
• Demonstrated leadership skills and strong analytical capability
• Excellent communication and social skills
• Fluent written and oral English mastery
• Valid driver’s license
• Most importantly: passion for success and professional growth
