kariera.gr is looking for an energetic, motivated Account Executive, Inside Sales (hybrid) professional to join our Sales team.

The Account Executive, Inside Sales will report directly to the Head of Sales, SMEs.

Suitable candidates will be responsible for the entire sales process from making calls and receiving inbound calls and leads to closing deals and ultimately managing their account base.

Responsibilities:

  •  Prospecting and identifying opportunities to acquire new business
  •  Gathering data from prospective and existing clients to uncover their problems and identify impact areas
  • Thinking strategically to create customized solutions that provide value to clients' bottom line
  • Conducting tailored web-based presentations over the phone/virtually to showcase our unique business partnership model and wide product
  •  Driving revenue by effectively addressing the client's business need and closing deals over the phone, via email or virtually
  • ·Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline

Job Requirements:

  • Conduct sales appointments over the phone or virtually (account management)
  • Utilize tools like Microsoft PowerPoint or Canvas to create effective presentations
  • Identify key decision makers inside companies
  • Leads will be provided and there will be opportunity to self-source to grow the business
  •  New hire and ongoing sales training is provided by kariera.gr (solid on-boarding plan provided)

Necessary Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  •  Experience in inside or outside sales (proven record of accomplishment)
  • Ability to self-motivate - high-performance environment
  •  Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation and time management skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills - ability to make decisions quickly
  •  Working knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint (Microsoft Office), Slack, Hubspot or other CRMs (will be trained)
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Recruitment/HR experience is a plus, but not needed
