Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Partners offering IT solutions to HORECA market
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell software solutions to existing customers
- Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs set by the company
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase software solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and technology developments in the HORECA sector
- Negotiate contracts, software licenses, and service agreements with Partners
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of retention and satisfaction
- Participate in industry events to promote software solutions and expand business network
Requirements:
- University degree in a business-related field, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in the HORECA industry
- Strong network and deep understanding of the HORECA market, distribution channels, and industry trends
- Proven account management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Strong command of the English language, advanced PC skills
