 Vellea Home is a leading company in furniture manufacturing and retail, with an established presence across multiple markets.

 We are looking for a results-driven COMMERCIAL LEADER who will take full ownership of the performance of the assigned markets.
This is not an operational role, but a business management position, focused on financial results, growth, efficiency, and building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full accountability for turnover, profitability, and KPI achievement;
  • Managing the assigned stores as independent business units;
  • Making decisions and driving changes that lead to measurable business results;
  • Analyzing commercial performance and identifying growth opportunities;
  • Developing and executing short- and long-term strategies to improve performance;
  • Managing the productivity and effectiveness of sales teams.

Scope of Responsibility

RESULTS

  • Achieving and exceeding planned revenue, margins, and key KPIs;
  • Ongoing performance analysis and proactive identification of growth opportunities;
  • Initiating and implementing strategies to improve commercial outcomes;
  • Driving team productivity and efficiency.

PROCESSES & TEAMS

  • Controlling and optimizing all key operational processes in the stores;
  • Managing inventory levels and ensuring compliance with commercial standards;
  • Building, developing, and retaining high-performing retail teams;
  • Leading recruitment, training, motivation, and performance evaluation processes;
  • Enforcing and safeguarding corporate policies across international markets.

This role is for you if you:

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in managing commercial teams and business results;
  • Work confidently with KPIs and make data-driven decisions;
  • Take initiative and full ownership rather than waiting for instructions;
  • Think strategically while acting pragmatically;
  • Communicate with confidence and have strong influencing skills;
  • Have excellent command of English;
  • Are an active driver and comfortable with frequent travel.

 

Advantage, but not mandatory:

  • Bulgarian language;
  • Experience in international / foreign markets;
  • Experience in the furniture or related retail industry.
