We are looking for a Sales Engineer / Sales Support (Back Office) to support our sales team with technical, commercial, and administrative tasks. The role is essential in ensuring smooth sales operations, accurate documentation, and effective coordination between sales, customers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Back Office Operations

• Prepare and manage sales quotations, offers, and tender documentation
• Process sales orders and ensure accurate entry into the system
• Maintain and update customer records, pricing lists, and sales databases
• Support the sales team with reports
• Liaise with engineering, production, and logistics teams

Customer & Internal Coordination

• Act as a point of contact between customers, sales, and internal departments
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, and invoicing issues
• Handle customer inquiries and support requests in a professional manner
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and commercial policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in sales support, back office, or technical sales (preferred)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP/CRM experience is a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
