Role:
Under the supervision of the Head of Sales Hub, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Le Collectionist holds a critical position within the Sales department. The SDR is responsible for generating sales opportunities, qualifying prospects, managing leads, and responding to incoming contact requests.
Main responsibilities:
Lead Qualification:
- Identify and qualify potential prospects based on defined targeting criteria
- Establish a consistent flow of qualified leads for the Sales Advisor and the Account Manager
Lead Management:
- Proactively manage leads, converting them into sales opportunities
- Educate prospects about Le Collectionist's products and services
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Advisor to ensure effective lead follow-up
- Monitor payment and various administrative tasks
Response to Contact Requests:
- Respond to incoming contact requests in a professional and timely manner
- Gather relevant information and prospects to guide the conversation toward potential sales
The shift is based on the given timetable: Shift (1) 6 pm - 1 am / Shift (2) 5 pm - 12 am. Monday through Friday and Wednesday through Sunday, according to a monthly rotation.
Preferred experience
- Degree in business, marketing, hospitality, luxe or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in both English and French
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Skill in building positive relationships with potential clients
- Competitive and results-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of sales techniques
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
