What You’ll Do:

• Be responsible for the store image ensuring that it is attractive and commercial
• Apply the VM company standards and guidelines
• Perform store changes in a fast and orderly manner
• Secure a high level of styling and fashion inspiration in windows & indoor
• Communicate with the team about new products, merchandising changes and make suggestions regarding out-of-stock garments
• Continuously report to the management team and support them in specific managerial store duties
• Determine additional commercial opportunities in the store
• Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets, celebrating victories as a team.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1-year previous experience in visual merchandising principles applied in retail
• Remain up to date with current fashion trends and styling techniques to anticipate customers’ needs
• Possess customer centric approach with proven results creating a great customer experience in a VM role
• Flexibility and Adaptability
• Prioritization skills with orientation in detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks, within strict deadlines and short notice
• Strong communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
• Good knowledge of Greek and English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
