We are looking for a results-driven Sales Professional with a strong R&D or technical background in food raw materials to accelerate our growth in key markets. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who thrives on winning business, building strategic accounts, and using technical expertise to close deals.
Key Responsibilities

Drive new business development and grow revenue across assigned territories and customer segments

Manage and expand a portfolio of key accounts, delivering consistent sales growth

Use technical and R&D knowledge to position raw materials as value-adding solutions, not commodities

Lead customer negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract agreements

Identify customer needs and convert them into profitable sales opportunities

Collaborate with internal R&D and application teams to support trials and accelerate customer approvals

Track sales performance, pipeline development, and market opportunities
Requirements

Proven success in sales of food raw materials or ingredients

Strong commercial mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

R&D, application, or formulation experience within the food industry

Confident negotiator with excellent relationship-building skills

Ability to communicate technical value clearly to decision-makers

Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field is an advantage
