Ο/Η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α θα έχει ενεργό ρόλο στη Sales Administration, στο Order Management και στη συμμετοχή σε Trade Fairs και Business Travel, συμβάλλοντας στην ανάπτυξη των εξαγωγικών αγορών της εταιρείας.

🎓 Qualifications

Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ (Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος επιθυμητός)

As an Export Sales Assistant, your main responsibility will be to support our international sales operations and contribute to our growing export markets. The successful candidate will assist in managing client relationships, preparing offers, and representing the company at trade fairs across Europe and the Middle East. This position will give you the opportunity to grow your professional knowledge and experience within an inclusive and structured working environment that supports taking initiative and action.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations and communication with international clients.
- Enter and monitor customer orders throughout the process.
- Assist in preparing offers, sales documents, and promotional materials.
- Collect purchasing data and feedback from clients.
- Travel within the EU and the Middle East to visit customers and participate in trade exhibitions.
- Identify new potential customers in target markets.
Qualifications
- University and/or Master’s degree will be considered a plus.
- Good command of English language, written and oral (Lower level, at least).
- Knowledge of Spanish and/or French will be considered an asset.
- Availability to travel within the EU and the Middle East to visit clients and attend trade fairs.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM / financial software (SOFTONE).
- Previous working experience in a relevant position, preferably in the soft lines consumer products / merchandising sector, will be considered a plus.
- Very good interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Strong drive to achieve results and accountability.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
