Canaves Collection is seeking a motivated and analytical Distribution & Revenue Agent to join its growing team in Glyfada. In this role, the Distribution & Revenue Agent will support the Revenue Manager in optimizing pricing strategies, enhancing revenue performance, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily revenue operations. Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and historical data to prepare revenue reports.

• Assist in implementing dynamic pricing strategies across all distribution channels.

• Monitor and adjust room inventory controls (LOS restrictions, availability, forecasts).

• Oversee daily distribution: track availability, rate parity, and content accuracy on all online channels.

• Conduct competitive benchmarking and monthly performance analyses.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and reservations to ensure correct pricing implementation.

• Support OTA, GDS, and third-party channel management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Hospitality Management.

• Experience in a data-driven hospitality role with understanding of revenue management.
• Proficiency with PMS/RMS systems (e.g., Opera).
• Advanced Excel skills (modeling, analysis, reporting).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear communication and presentation skills and fluency in English.
