ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a senior Key Account Manager to lead the introduction and development of our product portfolio into major Greek retail chains.
This role is fully responsible for successfully listing products such as artificial plants, outdoor furniture and heating products into large DIY, garden and retail chains. The position involves close collaboration with management and internal teams and is designed for a professional who can operate independently and drive strategic retail partnerships.
The company actively supports retail onboarding requirements, including product adaptation, packaging adjustments and pricing alignment, where needed to meet retail chain standards and commercial expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the onboarding and listing of products into major Greek retail chains (DIY, garden centers, large-format retailers)

Develop and manage key accounts end-to-end, working directly with buyers and category managers

Present product ranges and manage listings, commercial terms and promotional planning

Participate in pricing strategy and commercial negotiations, with direct involvement in defining retail terms and conditions

Monitor market trends and competitor activity, contributing to product selection, positioning and pricing strategy

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, warehouse, design) to support retail requirements, including packaging, logistics and timelines
- Support the company’s long-term retail expansion strategy in Greece and, potentially, other European or Balkan markets
CANDIDATE PROFILE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Proven experience successfully listing products into at least one major Greek retail chain

Strong background in Key Account Management or Retail Sales within wholesale or large retail environments

Solid understanding of Greek retail purchasing processes and decision-making structures

Ability to manage key accounts independently and drive commercial outcomes

Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Fluency in English and Greek (English is the main working language)

Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the Attica region
