Job Description

Ever wondered what it feels like to be a Product Owner for Data & AI products in Netcompany?

As a Product Owner for Data & AI products, you will:

• Define and communicate the AI product vision, roadmap, and value proposition.
• Translate business objectives into clear AI use cases, functional requirements, and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for automation, prediction, personalization, and generative AI across business units.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products—from discovery and model development to deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Work closely with ML engineers and data scientists to refine requirements, validate model performance, and ensure quality in production.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, validate concepts, and drive adoption of AI solutions.
• Partner with engineering, design, and analytics teams to deliver intuitive, value-driven AI-powered experiences.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• 8+ years of experience, including proven work as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven products will be considered as a plus.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, data lifecycle, and model evaluation (no coding required, but technical fluency is essential).
• Hands-on experience defining AI use cases and working with data science or engineering teams.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI definition and product experimentation.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
