The Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, management, and execution of digital marketing and branded projects, acting as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communication and oversee assigned projects.

• Monitor project timelines and deadlines, taking full ownership of budget execution.

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, ensuring consistent updates on work in progress.

• Create strategic and content-driven decks for campaigns and new business briefs.

• Clearly communicate project goals, processes, and expectations to internal teams.

• Collaborate closely with creative, production, and influencer teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Mentor and guide the Account Executive, ensuring alignment across shared client portfolios.

• Review campaign performance reports and provide strategic insights before client presentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an advertising, creative, or communications agency.

• Proven experience in Account Management.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in digital, social, and influencer marketing.

• Demonstrated team management and mentoring experience.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
