About the Role

As the Area Sales Manager, you will support and guide the Skoda Dealer Network in achieving its commercial and qualitative targets. You will monitor sales performance, ensure compliance with brand standards, and provide solutions to operational issues. Working closely with Sales Advisors & Supervisors & Dealer Principals, you will analyze market trends, oversee promotional activities, and identify opportunities to grow sales in your assigned region.

Your role is key in ensuring that the Dealer network provides consistently seamless customer experience, meeting volume and profitability targets aligned with Skoda commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitors and supports the Dealer Network in achieving quantitative sales targets within the assigned region. Follows up on dealer leads, test drives, orders, inventory and model mix and proposes actions to boost sales.
  • Supports dealers in handling and resolving customer-related issues (customer complaints, type approvals, price changes, vehicle reallocations, equipment or pricing updates, etc.).
  • Communicates and analyzes promotional activities based on the commercial policy and submits all required documentation for their approval and execution.
  • Proposes and monitors advertising and promotional activities implemented by dealers in the assigned region.
  • Monitors the implementation of qualitative and operational standards in the Dealer Network. Reviews and analyzes registration data within the region, along with competitive activity.
  • Manages, forwards, and follows up on customer requests received from Customer Care to ensure the best possible customer experience throughout the network.
  • Trains and supports Dealer sales teams so as to ensure their target achievement.


Requirements

Key Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales, preferably within the hi-tech / retail / automotive sector.
  • Experience in dealer network management, sales technics and/or B2B account management.
  • Digital savvy with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle operational issues with dealers and customers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken).
  • Driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within Greece.
