We are looking for an ambitious Account Executive, to join our Hospitality Insurance team!
📍 Location: Athens 💼 Full-time | Permanent
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the existing Hospitality Insurance portfolio, identifying and pursuing opportunities to acquire new accounts, while acting as a liaison between clients and brokers, providing high-end services to our clientele and making sure their needs are met.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing the Hospitality Insurance portfolio across new clients and existing ones, achieving the team’s targets for new business and renewals of current clientele.
- Cultivating excellent client relationships, acting as a first point of contact.
- Identifying the insurance needs and objectives, providing advice in relation to client’s risks and appropriate terms of insurance coverage.
- Negotiate clients’ queries, liaising with the various divisions to provide client-centric solutions.
- Allocate as appropriate and keep all relevant parties informed regarding account status and all business issues
- Monitoring renewals, making sure client’s cover is always in place, providing on time information, payment instructions and possible improvements.
- Cross selling to existing clientele.
- Adjusting content of sales presentations.
- Coordinate calls and meetings with clients and between clients and brokers when necessary.
- Resolving clients’ complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions.
- Set and deliver budget objectives (growth and profitability).
Key qualifications:
- University degree in Insurance Science, Economics or relevant field.
- Αt least 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek & English language (verbal & written).
- Computer literate

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to develop long term relationships with internal/external customers, suppliers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Reliability, honesty, flexibility, problem solving and teamworking behavior and attitude.
