Your key responsibilities
You will be in charge of the following work areas:

Sale of vehicles and achievement of sales plans and targets.

Management of the entire sales process from first contact, test drives, offer preparation, to vehicle handover (including documentation and invoicing).

Communication with customers, banks, leasing and other financing providers.

Ordering vehicles that are not in stock and coordinating vehicle storage, acceptance and release.

Preparation of pro forma invoices, invoices and all sales-related documentation, with responsibility for accuracy and completeness.

Taking care of the appearance and cleanliness of the showroom and exhibited vehicles, including test vehicles and handover preparation.

Monitoring customer needs and feedback and maintaining long-term business relationships.

Performing other tasks in the sales department and, if necessary, in other departments according to the instructions of the superiors.
What kind of person are we looking for?

Experience in vehicle sales or a similar sales position, preferably in the automotive sector.

The ability to identify and follow market trends and customer needs.

A proactive, self-initiative personality with the ability to learn quickly and work independently as well as in a team.

Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills, with a strong customer focus.

Oral and written proficiency in the English language; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Good computer skills and confident use of MS Office tools (especially Excel).

Willingness to work in the field and flexibility regarding working hours when needed.

A passion for the automotive industry and interest in continuous learning about vehicles and services.

Driving licence B category and a clean criminal record.
