Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
  • Present the company’s products and services effectively to clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to each account.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Monitor progress and results, analyze developments, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of major customers, market trends, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, profitability, and account retention.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders to meet account requirements.
  • Stay informed on industry dynamics, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage account budgets, prepare forecasts, track key metrics, and report performance to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues or concerns within managed accounts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales within IT solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
