- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
- Present the company’s products and services effectively to clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to each account.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Monitor progress and results, analyze developments, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of major customers, market trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, profitability, and account retention.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders to meet account requirements.
- Stay informed on industry dynamics, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Manage account budgets, prepare forecasts, track key metrics, and report performance to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues or concerns within managed accounts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales within IT solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent command of the English language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
