Marine Sales & After-Sales Agent (Olympic Marine)

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, deep knowledge of marine products, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while managing warranty, maintenance, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Sales & Customer Engagement:

  • Assist customers in selecting boats, yachts, engines, and marine equipment based on their needs and preferences.
  • Promote and sell a variety of marine products and services.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and provide comprehensive product information, including features, pricing, and after-sales services.
  • Handle contracts, agreements, and follow-up to close sales successfully.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and events to showcase products and stay updated with industry trends.

After-Sales Support & Client Care:

  • Provide prompt assistance to clients regarding service requests, technical issues, and warranty claims.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and warranty work with shipyards, service teams, and external partners.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, including engineering, production, and logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, customer feedback, and follow-up actions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by gathering customer insights to enhance products and services.

Documentation & Administration:

  • Assist with maintaining yacht documentation and building a structured database within the company’s ERP system.
  • Ensure showroom, displays, and customer-facing areas are maintained to high standards.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marine sales, after-sales support, or a similar client-facing role in the marine industry.
  • Strong understanding of boats, yachts, engines, and marine equipment.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Knowledge of sales contracts, agreements, and warranty processes.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or marine studies preferred.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in English, a second foreign language is also a plus
