Sales Representative, Pharma Channel

Medisei, one of the fastest growing parapharmaceutical companies, in the context of strengthening the Sales Department, wishes to integrate a Sales Representative into its workforce.

The Role

The Sales Representative – Pharma Channel is responsible for liaising with healthcare professionals in pharmacies from the designated area, develop and retain top customers and nurture those key relationships over time by becoming a strategic partner and advisor.

 Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell Medisei products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Position the Medisei products as the best value proposition to pharmacy accounts following the strategic guidelines and policies of the company.
  • Deliver an individual operational plan in line with the brand/company business priorities.
  • Build relationships with key decision makers for new and established accounts.
  • Regular visits following a planned routing to pharmacies, according to monthly plan set by the company.
  • Initiate contact and schedules appointments with potential new customers.
  • Establish and deliver sales plans and specific project plans per key account.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and detailed reports as required.
  • Conduct in-depth review of the pharmacy accounts under responsibility, based on their potential & business needs.
  • Analyze customer business opportunities and threats and design plans to capitalize on them.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of professional sales experience, preferably in the Pharmacy channel.
  • Fluency in English (oral & written).
  • Computer Skills and familiarity with platforms (Outlook, Microsoft Excel).
  • Willing to travel for up to 50% of the time within Greece, according to company needs.
  • Communication skills- effective listener, honesty, negotiation skills, positive language, clear & strategic thinking
  • Eager to perform well, in a competent fast-moving environment.
  • Result oriented, self-motivated, passionate for growth & team player.
  • Responsible, eager to embrace change.
