We are now consolidating our local presence in Greece. Under the leadership of the Country Manager we are assembling a dynamic team that will anchor our next phase of growth in the region.
We are currently looking for a PUDO Network Development Agent to drive the growth and activation of the PUDO partner network by securing new locations, nurturing strong partner relationships, and ensuring consistent service availability and brand representation across the assigned region.
Responsibilities
- Achievetargets regarding the number of newly opened and active PUDO points in accordance with the strategic plan.
- Acquirenew Partners and locations through fieldwork and direct outreach.
- Maintainand update information about existing and potential Partners in the CRM system.
- Conductregular visits to Partner locations to ensure compliance with PUDO operational standards.
- Implementnew service standards and logistics solutions in cooperation with Partners.
- Presentthe Meest partnership offer in a compelling and effective manner.
- Identifylocal opportunities for network expansion.
- Ensurebranding and equipment standards at Partner locations are upheld.
- Maintainaccurate and up-to-date CRM data and reporting documentation.
Profile & Skills
- Provenexperience in field sales, partner network development, or B2B client acquisition.
- Excellentcommunication and negotiation skills.
- Strongknowledge of courier and logistics services.
- Abilityto plan, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks independently.
- Proficiencyin using CRM systems and standard office software (e.g., Excel, Outlook).
- Stronglocal geographical knowledge of the assigned region.
- Drivinglicense (category B) and readiness for extensive fieldwork.
Nice-to-Have Requirements
- Priorexperience working for or with a courier/logistics company.
- Existingnetwork of business contacts in retail, e-commerce, or logistics.
- Experiencein cold calling and field prospecting.
- Analyticalmindset with the ability to identify trends and suggest improvements.
- Basicknowledge of graphic tools or POS material handling (for branding new locations).
Employment Conditions
- Contract type: Employment contract or B2B cooperation (depending on profile and preferences).
- Full-time position with flexible fieldwork hours.
