We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Business Support Specialist to be a liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The role is responsible for handling customer inquiries and ensuring that customer loyalty remains at the core of every decision and action.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively deal with customer incoming inquiries via email and telephone and provide end-to-end 1st level support as per SLAs
- Identify and assess clients' needs to achieve high service level, customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide suitable alternatives to customers within time limits and follow up to ensure request resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Keep all customer data updated across systems
- Effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders as required
- Participate in the coordination of BIDs for tenders of either Public Sector or Private Companies
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in customer service
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other relevant discipline
- Experience with CRM Tools
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reports creation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to showcase empathy and confidence
- Customer oriented and problem-solving mindset
- Advanced organizational & time management skills
- Experience with contracts and SLAs will be considered a plus
- Fluent in Greek and English (spoken and written)
